Washington Governor Christine Gregoire, Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels and other dignitaries will issue proclamations of Irish Week 2010. Among the special guests will be the St. Patrick's Day Parade Grand Marshal the Hon. Desmond Guinness, the Honorary Grand Marshals Leo & carol Costello and other dignitaries.
